Shredders

Define your feed material and output needs

Describe the material, its largest dimensions and any mixed or contaminated feed. Confirm suitability with Bluedog rather than assuming one shredder can process every type of scrap. Discuss the required output and whether further processing or separation equipment is needed.

Plan the complete shredding installation

Review voltage and phase, loading and discharge arrangements, footprint, guarding and maintenance access. Ask how the manufacturer’s stated capacity was measured; performance depends on the material and operating conditions. Provide representative material details when requesting a quote.

Discuss your shredding application.
