The BWS-50-SAR electric automatic cable stripping machine is designed for electricians, scrap yards and demolition companies who want to easily remove the insulation from scrap copper wire and convert it to bare bright copper.  We call this machine the BWS-50 SAR because it strips wire up to 2-inches in diameter (50 mm) and incorporates a stand-alone frame design with forward and reverse direction. 

The BWS-50 SAR is easy to operate since you won't have to constantly adjust blade depth for each size of copper wire you need to process.   Our customers love it when they try the BWS-50 SAR for the first time and see that you just have to put scrap wire into the right sized feed hole and let the machine strip off the coating.  It is that simple!

BWS-50 SAR automatic wire stripping machine is one of the fastest and most efficient industrial scrap wire strippers on the market with a speed of 95 FT/min.  

The BWS-50 SAR automatic wire stripper machine comes standard with forwarding/ reverse, 15 dedicated feed ports, wire processing range of 16 AWG to 2" diameter, an automatic spring tension system designed to maximize blade life expectancy and a powerful 3 HP / 110v electric motor.

Excellent Machine!

The BWS-50 SAR is an awesome machine and strips really well, some insulations are a pain (old rubber) but for the thermoplastics, it could be better, 14 -10 AWG is tough to get the outer clear coat to split but no complaints here, bare bright pays good!

I have used BWS-50 SAR going on 8 hours. I have stripped everything from 500MCM to 12 GA THHN stranded and solid. I also have stripped Romex 12 gauge to 6 gauge. So far everything has worked great. I have 2 Gaylord boxes full of wire that I have stockpiled because of the lower pricing, I plan to sell it for bare bright this winter. MY FAVORITE WIRE STRIPPER

I have been trying for so long to get a wire stripper just like this and finally did. No cable goes to wast. I'm doing more stripping with less energy. Thanks Guys. I will recommend.

The BWS-50 SAR rocks!

We bought this machine 3 months ago and have stripped 6000 lbs of scrap wire ranging from 14GA to 500 mcm. Love this machine. Especially the fact its self adjusting. As Joe says, just put the wire into the right size feed hole and go! High Recommend!

Our Spanish operator is highly critical of new purchases, and he said the BWS-80 HD is "Muy Bueno!" The BWS-80 HD is easy to use, you can strip large cable and small cable fast and with little adjustment. We highly recommend it. Excellent Machine! The BWS-50 SAR is an awesome machine and strips really well, some insulations are a pain (old rubber) but for the thermoplastics, it could be better, 14 -10 AWG is tough to get the outer clear coat to split but no complaints here, bare bright pays good!
