Blade Sharpening Machine

Confirm blade sharpening compatibility

Identify the blade dimensions and the sharpening requirements specified by the granulator manufacturer. Check the sharpening machine’s working range and setup instructions before choosing equipment. Confirm the fixtures, accessories and any additional components required for your blades.

Plan routine blade maintenance

Follow the manufacturer’s guidance for inspection, sharpening limits, blade adjustment and replacement. Sharpening does not make a damaged or unsuitable blade serviceable. When ordering a replacement component such as a coolant pump, confirm the machine model and electrical specifications.
