BWS-100-4S 4-Axis Wire Stripping Machine

The BWS-100-4S was designed for one purpose — to make copper recovery from large cable faster and easier.

This machine can strip cable up to 4 inches (100 mm) in diameter and uses four round cutting blades positioned around the cable. Instead of cutting one or two sides and then having to reposition the cable, the BWS-100-4S cuts all four sides of the wire at the same time.

Once the cable passes through the machine, the insulation has been cut from four directions, making it much easier to open the cable and quickly recover the valuable copper inside.

The BWS-100-4S includes Forward and Reverse controls, as well as a Jog function for setting the cutting depth of the blades. This gives the operator the flexibility to work with different cable sizes, insulation thicknesses and cable constructions.

Amazing Shear! Before we purchased this shear, we were using Saws All disks to chop up our scrap hoses which had re-inforced wire. The Bluedog 6-Ton Alligator Shear total impressed us and streamlined our operation. Now we can process our scrap hoses faster, with no mess, fumes or having to replace disks.
