Before you can use the BMC-20 Dog Bite motor recycling machine you must dismantle the motor front and rear face.  Cut off all the wire leads, and pull out the Shaft.   Then you just crack the case so you have left with the bare stator.

To efficiently dismantle the Motor stator recycling machine consists of two machines, copper wire cutting machine and copper wire pulling machine.  Copper wire cutting machine is used to cut on the end of the copper windings in the motor stator, while the copper wire pulling machine is used to pull copper winding from the motor stator.  These two machines combined together give you the perfect combination for Scrapping Electric Motors.

How do you operate the Motor Stator Recycling Machine?

In order to recover the copper wire from the motor stator, first, you have to use the copper wire cutting machine to cut one end of the copper winding on the stator.   Then you put the cut motor stator on the lifting platform of the copper wire pulling machine and let is rise to the batter board through the switch button. After the motor stator is position, use the ton of the pulling head to drag out the copper wire.
