Bluedog wire stripping machines™ BWS-80 HD is the most advanced automatic heavy duty electric wire stripping machine we have developed to date.  The BWS-80 HD is designed for the high volume industrial users who needs to recycle large amounts of copper from scrap wire.  Customers include: Electrical Contractors, Recycling Yards,  Demolition Companies, Auto wreckers, Wire and Cable manufactures and many more.  The BWS-80 HD strips both sides of the wire from 14 GA up to a true 3 1/8" diameter cable.  If you need a heavy duty industrial grade wire stripper which will go through hell and back, this automatic wire stripping machine is the best option for you.   You can choose to feed wire through the 8 dedicated spring tension feed ports or you can use the Open Feed Port on the side of the wire stripping machine.  The Open feed port system is specifically designed to strip large diameter cable with really thick coatings such as power main cable or XLPE.   The open feed port also includes a combination of different setup configurations to strip a large variety of cable - See photos showing different configurations.  The BWS-80 HD also includes a  dedicated shredding port for stripping romex cable in 1 single pass.  No other wire stripping machine has this capability on the market.  The BWS-80 HD wire stripping machine comes standard with 220V x Single Phase power, reverse and forward controls, heavy duty casters, a pull out tray, and a full set of extra blades.

We have customers who have reported to us that they stripped over 1,000,000 lbs of copper wire in under a year with the original blades. The BWS-80 HD is the best automatic wire stripping machine for recycling scrap copper wire.

We have run over 100 tons of cable through the BWS-80 HD wire stripper since 2013. We are just finally getting around to replacing the 1st set of blades. (Dec 1, 2020.) The wire stripper was built like a tank and lasted 8 years of daily use without any issue. Easy to use and very Efficient

Thanks guys for providing me with such a good Machine. As an industrial worker this has help me so much. works awesome. as someone who has spent countless hours stripping can tell you, this is much better, faster, safer, easier than the old fashion. This machine can do everything i need and more. this is extremely effective. i would recommend this. Thanks guys.

Amazing Shear! Before we purchased this shear, we were using Saws All disks to chop up our scrap hoses which had re-inforced wire. The Bluedog 6-Ton Alligator Shear total impressed us and streamlined our operation. Now we can process our scrap hoses faster, with no mess, fumes or having to replace disks. Couldn’t be happier!! Received my granulator a couple days ago , shipping was quicker than expected! We literally plugged it in and in 5 minutes had copper granules falling in the bucket , it was far better than I expected!! 5.00

Amazing Machine. Love it, Recommend it. Willing to give reference ! We tried purchasing a new wire stripping machine from a well known manufacture, but had major troubles placing our order. So we did some research and came across the BWS-80 HD from Bluedog Wire Strippers. After 2 weeks of owning this machine we have stripped over 40,000 lbs of scrap copper wire. Our Spanish operator is highly critical of new purchases, and he said the BWS-80 HD is "Muy Bueno!" The BWS-80 HD is easy to use, you can strip large cable and small cable fast and with little adjustment. We highly recommend it.
