We absolutely LOVE the BWS-80 HD We've decided to buy a new BWS-80 HD wire stripping machine. The same as we currently have (purchased in 2015). While we absolutely LOVE our current machine, it's been through a lot over the years, and I think it's ready for retirement. You can only back into the poor thing with a forklift so many times. Amazing Machine. Love it, Recommend it. Willing to give reference ! We tried purchasing a new wire stripping machine from a well known manufacture, but had major troubles placing our order. So we did some research and came across the BWS-80 HD from Bluedog Wire Strippers. After 2 weeks of owning this machine we have stripped over 40,000 lbs of scrap copper wire. Our Spanish operator is highly critical of new purchases, and he said the BWS-80 HD is "Muy Bueno!" The BWS-80 HD is easy to use, you can strip large cable and small cable fast and with little adjustment. We highly recommend it. Clean, Safe, Excellent Heavy Duty Wire Stripping Machine We purchased the BWS-80 HD from Bluedog Wire Stripper back in 2015. Our machine gets used for an average of 8 to 16 hrs a week. We have yet to change the blades and its still working as good as the day we bought it. We have since opened a second location and purchased a 2nd machine. It is Clean, Safe, and a huge moneymaker. Excellent Machine! The BWS-50 SAR is an awesome machine and strips really well, some insulations are a pain (old rubber) but for the thermoplastics, it could be better, 14 -10 AWG is tough to get the outer clear coat to split but no complaints here, bare bright pays good! 5.00

5 Star Rating for the BWS-50 SAR I have used BWS-50 SAR going on 8 hours. I have stripped everything from 500MCM to 12 GA THHN stranded and solid. I also have stripped Romex 12 gauge to 6 gauge. So far everything has worked great. I have 2 Gaylord boxes full of wire that I have stockpiled because of the lower pricing, I plan to sell it for bare bright this winter. I am an electrical contractor and use this for my winter pass time. I love the BWS-50 SAR! Very happy with our purchase We run the granulator every day and it is performing flawlessly. We are averaging about 50,000 lbs/month. I adjusted the stationary knives up when we started having some purity issues. I moved the stationary knives instead of each individual knife as it was faster and seemed like it would accomplish the same thing. The company that buys our copper called this morning on an unrelated matter and I asked him about the quality of our product. He said that the other people in the area that sell granules use a water separator system and that we have the best product around. The purity is only improving each month and it started out good. I just thought I would pass that information on to you.<br /> <br /> 5.00
